SUPERIOR DELUXE WITH JACUZZI, All rooms are the same except
for bedding type, 1 king size bed or 2 double beds, most
rooms have full or partial ocean view, double Jacuzzi
in every room. All have balconies, safe and mini bar. Most
have hammocks.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITES, Oceanfront, two rooms, one room
with two double beds/second room with king size bed,
double Jacuzzi in both rooms, kitchen, dining and living
area, balcony with hammock, safe.

Room amenities include: fruit basket and red wine upon
arrival, turndown service, liquor dispenser, mini-bar
containing sodas, bottled water and domestic beer,
individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV
with remote control, ceiling fan, purified water, Farouk
bath amenities, bathrobes, safe, coffee maker, direct dial
telephone, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron/ironing board.

Playacar Spa & Golf Club  is open 365 days a year from 6am
until dark. Tee time reservations may be made 30 day in

RESERVATIONS INFORMATION
Tee times may be reserved up to 30 days in advance at the
Playacar Spa & Golf Club  by either fax or e-mail. Please
send all requests to :

Guests will be required to arrange round trip transportation
to the golf course and pick up their Golf vouchers at least
1 day prior to their tee-time reservation at the Chaza
Travel hospitality desk, located in the lobby. Guests will
not be allowed to play without a Golf Voucher.

Tee times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to
avoid a $20.00 USD no-show fee. Fee will be charged as an
incidental charge to the guest's hotel bill.


MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Documents Required For Wedding Ceremonies
-Home address and occupations (bride and groom)
-Birth certificates (original or certified copy of each
one)
-Valid Passports. Although Passports are not required for
US citizens for entry into Mexico, they are mandatory for
weddings.
-Original blood test to determine blood type, HIV and STD.
Tests must be taken at the resort and results are ready
within 24 hours. Fee of approximately $50.00 per person
applies
-Original or certified copy of former spouses death
certificate if applicable
-Original divorce decree if applicable
-Legal documentation of adoption or name change if
applicable
-Tourist Id provided by customs upon arrival at Cancun
International Airport
-Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, driver's
license or passport and tourist ID of 4 witnesses.
Witnesses must arrive 2 days prior to ceremony. If
witnesses are not available, Palace Resorts will provide
them.
-Bride and Groom must arrive in Cancun at least 3 working
days prior to the wedding ceremony to meet with the
wedding coordinator and submit all documents. Ceremony
will not be performed unless all documents are in
order. No exceptions.
-Do not send documents by mail.
