    Destination Wedding, Honeymoon

    Ms. Berman -
     
    I wanted to take the time to tell you that I am so very very happy that I randomly fell across your website (www.BermanTravel.com & www.BermanTravelVideos.com) for my destination wedding.     We were married in Playa del Carmen, Mexico in May 2010 at the Sandos Playacar Resort and when I contacted your website looking to find a travel agent for my guests I was connected with Jane Stiller. What a relief it was to be connected to someone close to my area that was able to assist all my guest which fly from Oklahoma, Virgina, Montana and Minnesota!! She helped us finalize our resort and book our guests.
     
    Jane was so helpful and the guests all raved about their experience with the travel agent.
     
    We decided to get married at Sandos Playacar & I was so happy with her service that I elicited her to help plan the honeymoon.
    She set us up at the Excellence in the Domincian Republic.  Which turned out amazing!
     
    I can't complain about anything... except that maybe it was a little too humid for my liking but hey if that is the worst of my problems then I am doing good.
     
    Thank you to you and your company (www.BermanTravel.com) for having great travel agents like Jane Stiller available to handle destination wedding needs.
    I attached a couple of pictures of the wedding on the beach and around the resort for some viewing pleasure!

    I wanted to send along a note of thanks to your agency and especially to Jane who helped us coordinate our recent vacation (August 15-22) at Excellence Playa Mujeres. We found your agency via the website and Jane was great to help us in every way she could. From the flights to the private transfers to the wonderful room and service, we couldn't be more delighted with our trip and with the way Jane handled all the details.

    St. Lucia is a beautiful island and the Sandals location was an excellent choice. I truly think we stayed at the best Sandals location out of the three. We had the best beach, view, and service. Thank you for the recommendation. We had an amazing time there. We would definitely recommend our friends to you.  :)

  • Excellence Playa Mujeres Rates Very High

    Hi Susan,
    YES, we loved the roof top terrace!  We've been a big fan of the Excellence group, but the private terrace really makes for a wonderful trip.  We didn't get the room we asked for, BUT <instead> they put us in another room that was better!  A corner room in building 4 (4402).  We didn't need to go up any stairs to reach the roof top, just open one of the patio doors and there it was!  The terrace looked out over the lazy river and spa and further out across the resort to the ocean.  From the back side of the terrace we could see the La Amada Marina and at night you could see the lights from Cancun. This was truly a wonderful trip.  The service was outstanding, living up to the Excellence standards.  Thanks for the airport transfers, the American Express people were extremely nice and helpful and the vans clean and dependable. We'll be call you again when were ready to book for the next trip!

    Hi Susan,

     
    I strongly recommend using a travel agent.  You have that assurance, get better deals, and they have the knowledge regarding the resorts.  We have used Jane at Berman travel twiceand have gotten great deals both times.  She is quick to respond to questions, send pictures, and make sure we got the entire package.  They specialize in all inclusive and have a close working relationship with excellence. www.bermantravel.com to check out videos and pics…
