We wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all of the work that you did in putting together a very memorable vacation for us! Everything went off smoothly with the transportation and the resort was above our expectations.

Some things to note:

Service at the Valentin was absolutely incredible and the food and drinks were even better.

We were upgraded to a Golden Suite in Building Number 8.

Hola!! (Jennifer) We had such a GREAT time words can not describe. It (Valentin Imperial Maya Resort) was sooo beautiful and relaxing. Rob and I decided that we are retiring there next year... lol. I wish. However, we do want to go back (to Mexico) next year and take the kids with us. We were planning a Disney vacation next year, but I think they would like Mexico a lot more. But anyway that is a long time away from now so no definite plans yet…We got to release baby sea turtles on the beach. That was a once in a life time experience, we just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The snorkeling was so much fun, it was like swimming in a ginormous aquarium. I could have spent all week just doing that.

Everyone at the resort (Valentin Imperial Maya Resort) was FANTASTIC!!! They always had a smile on their face and always said hello. We felt so comfortable and welcome. The wedding was perfect, exactly what we wanted, small and very short.

We cant thank you enough for everything you did for us. You (Jennifer McDonald) are the BEST!!

One Bedroom Diamond Suite(*), 1032 square feet, separate living room, roof terrace with outdoor oversized Jacuzzi, butler service, desk top computer, espresso coffee machine, laundry and dry cleaning service at no extra cost, 1 Swedish massage for 30 minutes per person, 1 romantic dinner. Bedding: 1 king bed.

Valentin Resort Continues To Go Over and Above For BT Customers

Hey Heather!

But, you must know that everything was absolutely perfect in everyway at the Valentin! Honestly, we couldn't have been happier. Our wedding was fabulous! Lupida and Ariandna did an amazing job, fulfilled all of our requests, and everything went smoothly! I will send you some pics on snapfish when I get a chance. The chapel was perfect...we had the cocktail hour in the gazebo, and then the reception in the Don Miguel. All of our guests were happy with their rooms, the grounds, the food, and the service especially!

Had a total blast and wish we were back in the pool sipping mango tango's!

Thanks again for all of your hard work! We appreciate you big time! Hope the family is well.
