recently redesigned to offer a more intimate and
personalized experience to guests. The number of rooms have
been reduced, new facilities have been added and the service
is better than ever. Now guests benefit from Xpu-Ha's new
layout, allowing them to easily access the estuary waters
for snorkeling or kayaking, interact with the onsite animals
or just relax by the meandering pool. For those guests

SUPERIOR DELUXE WITH JACUZZI, 2 double beds or 1 king,
many rooms are oceannview, double Jacuzzi.


Please be advised: There are very few Deluxe Rooms with
2 double beds, therefore bookings of 3 guests will receive
either 2 double beds (very limited) or 1 king bed and a
rollaway bed.

Room amenities include: large private balcony/terrace
with hammock, double Jacuzzi, in room safe, individually
controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV,
ceiling fans, hair dryer, purified water, coffee maker,
direct dial telephone, iron/ironing board, and mini bar.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled
based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed

MARIACHI-RAGAZZI, Pool area serving breakfast, lunch buffet
style and dinner a la carte.

GRILL, Located in the pool area and is open from 11am until
6pm.

XPU-HA PALACE BARS AND LOUNGES

AQUA BAR, Located in the pool area and is open from 10am
until 7pm.

BEACH BAR, Service to the beach from 10am until 5pm.

Documents Required for Wedding Ceremonies
-Home address and occupations (bride and groom)
-Birth certificates (original or certified copy of each
one)
-Valid Passports. Although Passports are not required for
US citizens for entry into Mexico, they are mandatory for
weddings AND MANDATORY TO RE-ENTER THE U.S.
-Original blood test to determine blood type, HIV and STD.
Tests must be taken at the resort and results are ready
within 24 hours. Fee of approximately $50 per person
applies
-Original or certified copy of former spouses death
certificate if applicable
-Original divorce decree if applicable
-Legal documentation of adoption or name change if
applicable
-Tourist Id provided by customs upon arrival at Cancun
International Airport
-Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, driver's
license or passport and tourist ID of 4 witnesses.
Witnesses must arrive 2 days prior to ceremony. If
witnesses are not available, Palace Resorts will provide
them.
-Bride and Groom must arrive in Cancun at least 3 working
days prior to the wedding ceremony to meet with the
wedding coordinator and submit all documents. Ceremony
will not be performed unless all documents are in
order. No exceptions.
-Do not send documents by mail.

Reservations Information
Tee times may be reserved up to 30 days in advance at the
Playacar Spa & Golf Club by either fax or e-mail. Please send

Guests will be required to arrange round trip
transportation to the golf course and pick up their
Golf vouchers at least 1 day prior to their tee-time
reservation at the Chaza Travel hospitality desk,
located in the lobby. Guests will not be allowed to
play without a Golf Voucher.

Tee-times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in
advance to avoid a $20.00 USD no-show fee. Fee will
be charged as an incidental charge to the guest's
hotel bill.
