Wonder of the Seas was completed in 2022 and officially christened in Port Canaveral Florida in December 2022. Berman Travel owner Susan Berman was an invited guest at the christening, naming and sailing as she was for Symphony of the Seas formerly the largest ship in the world until the launch of Wonder of the Seas.

Tale of the Tape: Wonder of the Seas This ship accommodates 5,734 passengers at double occupancy, & up to a maximum capacity of 6,988 passengers, as well as a 2,300 crew. There are 16 decks for guest use, 20 restaurants, 4 pools and 2,867 cabins. Wonder of the Seas has eight different "neighborhoods", including an all new suite neighborhood. Facilities include a children's water park, a children's playground, a full-size basketball court, an ice-skating rink, Flowrider, a zip line that is 10 decks high, a 1400-seat theater, an outdoor aquatic theater with 30-foot high platforms, two 43-foot rock-climbing walls and pickleball courts.
